Working at TSC
Working at TSC is not like any other summer internship at an office cubicle. As a staff member, you will inspire others to learn and play.
TSC summer workshops consist of three major areas: STEM, Visual Art, Language & Culture. Besides workshops, campers can also choose to participate in a wide range of leadership, American Style, camp-wide activities

Lead Differently
Do not worry if you do not have any formal leadership experience. Your summer leadership journey begins once you accept your offer to become a counselor at TSC. We will help you become a strong classroom leader through activity training, and extensive coaching.

Lead Engagingly
In your classroom you’ll build relationships with campers who will show you what’s possible to achieve, even while they face incredible challenges.
